Hello
We have a sky hd+ box with remote and power cable, don't know if that would work with your set up but suspect so 20 Euros if interested we are based back of la fuente commercial centre orihuela
Satellite receiver from MediaMarkt or Carrefour, cost about 100€ and you should get most of the channels available on Freeview. I have one and receive about 50 odd channels.

Talk to the experts Moller SAT/Clima in Torrevieja next to Iceland. Consider streaming from the internet not only UK TV but also other stations from all over the world w/o any special equipment free of charge with adequate special software also free. See here: www.streamingsites.com. Familiarize with "geo blocking" and how to bypass.

Freeview - UK TV via a TV aerial transmitted by TV masts...in the UK only. Freeview signals do not reach Spain. Freeview is not available via satellite, so you cannot use a Freeview box with a satellite dish (been to too many people who have bought a Freeview box to Spain based on what they have been told and read online and asked me to connect to a satellite dish, and do not believe me when i say it is impossible as Freeview does not work via satellite and still say "my friend here in Spain has Freeview, why cant I use this Freeview box with my dish...")
Freesat is the satellite equivalent - 150+ subscription free UK TV channels via satellite.
Freesat have both recording (with internal hard drive) and non recording boxes.
Sky+HD boxes will record, but only with a Sky subscription. SkyHD boxes are the non recording versions.
A Sky box , even with no card, gets all the channel on Freesat, and a few more that are not on Freesat.
Have seen an increase in older SD Sky boxes starting to fail more often... well most are over 15+ years old by now.
Other satellite receivers are available...called "free to air" boxes, and will receive all the non encrypted channels via satellite, but need a bit more manual intervention to work. As unlike Sky or Freesat boxes they do not have a dedicated channel list, or do automatic channel updates, and no 7 day programme guide (usually only now and next) making planning recording complicated, and most just record onto a USB drive. But are cheap.
