Hola , Mothers Day  Sunday, I would like to visit the Crem this Sunday. Last year on  Mothers say for some reason it was closed. In  light of the current situation and so not to have a wasted journey would anybody know for sure if it will be  open this  Sunday? T.I.A.

In light of the current restrictions I doubt if a visit to the crematorium would be considered essential. Please stay at home.

I am so sorry I offended you that is not what I wanted to do. I had no idea that you had been in Spain for 20 years (or could have known) or that you knew that in Spain mothers day is 3rd May. I thought I was giving you a genuine reason why the crem may have been closed.

I do have better things to do so won't reply to you again.

We don't know the pressure this person is under,  grief and the stress in this current crisis can bring out the best and worse in people.

I am comfortable with giving and receiving quite curt answers but for some this is offensive so I will be mindful in future to how I reply to people that I don't have experience of on this forum.

best wishes

Vivienne

Hello Vivienne,

The OP mentioned Mothers Day so you rightly tried to explain one reason for closures.
On that note it’s strange how often people ask questions and then say they knew the answer all along.  What is that?😯

But you are right.  A lot of people are very upset now and that shows up in different ways.

I’m just wondering do people realise it’s great to be well and able to use this forum?

🙂  Maria
