Got insurance cover for Spain

Hi just some info if anyone wanting to go to Spain and is looking for insurance.

I tried getting insured with a Spanish company but the price was over 350 Euros for 2 months.

I found a company called Avanti offer annual insurance but of course it would be void if travelling against the FCO advice. However they also have an option to pay about £8 extra so the insurance is valid even when the FCO advise against travel. It doesn’t cover for Covid but covers everything else. so we are on our way on Sunday. Price was about £144 for cover for 2 of us.

Battleface Inurance I used. Covers Covid and against FCO advice.

but when you said be careful using 'them people', were you referring to Avanti , or -alboxinsurance and voyagertravelinsurance,

Graham C is right they are slippery buggers. However I requested a separate email to clarify and stop all that bull***t

Staysure, another insurance which covers all but corona virus, very good price.

Can someone also confirm what the ehic card card covers now
