My neighbours flew from U.K. last week and at that time ( can change ) they just needed proof of double Covid vaccinations and completed the Spanish locator form. Rather than go into it in detail here’s links which explain the current situation. The Spanish locator form has to be completed by everyone travelling into Spain.

Flying back to spain from uk tomorrow with Ryanair. Passenger locator form and proof of both jabs downloaded from nhs website is all that's needed at present.

If makes no difference which airline you fly with,  as it’s the government of the country you are flying into who issue the regulations.
