Advice needed re swimming pool salt water system

Unfortunately we have become totally disillusioned with the company that have recently installed our salt water system for our pool. They have failed to advise us on how to use and care for it! Long story...

So we desperately need help and advice....if you are knowledgable regarding salt water systems, please contact us. We live in Sax and have plenty of tea and coffee, biscuits, cake etc if you are able to come along and advise us!
