Alex at sun lawyers speaks very good English and was very helpful when I was applying for Residencia etc.

Agree, Carlos is very helpful and speaks excellent English (if you slow him down)! He has helped us with buying our house, residencia, wills etc.

Does anybody know how long it should take for a solicitor to acquire an architects report and then present the deeds and report to the land registry to update the calification certificate?
Carlos Cantos was brilliant when we brought our property. He speaks better English than me.
