OK, The competition is almost closed. 1100Hrs dead-line & the bait is over. & I must skate off now.I still can not believe in this day & age of google, up to 35 minutes before it´s over, no one got 10/10.
But thank you all for the numerous replies & comments, & thank you admin for allowing this to run. I thought I was “kippered” at one stage, but all was cured in the end.
I ran the competition just for the halibut. I was all ready, waiting with baited breath, to reel off the name of the winner.

I´ve been whiting all this time, & right at the last minute, I´ve got the first answer with marks, ten out of ten!
& the winner is………..No, …….hold on a minute...sorry,
It´s disallowed, how can someone mis-spell the answer to number (1).
“cod” does not have two “d”s in it!
