How much is it to have an 8x4 pool installed?
Hi Caz. Have you already purchased a property?
If not, you might want to consider buying one with a pool already installed as restrictions regarding new pools have been in place for the last couple of years and permissions to have them installed have been refused. It's something to do with the forestry commission and saving of water, so unless you've already got a pool, it's unlikely you'd get permission.
My friends bought their property through Steve at Fabfincas and they were really pleased with the service they got and all the help he gave them. If you want his contact info, send me a message & I'll be happy to send it to you.

No not yet x stuck in UK until in a position so I thought we would do the research first x
Visited Sax last nov x love it and now just to either win lottery or sell house
