Thanks Richard. Do you know what degree of accuracy you can achieve with a simple meter? As I already have most of the channels I am looking for really accurate fine tuning to recover a few missing ones.

That, at least, proves two things.
One, that you can get all the channels in this area and two, a simple meter can do the job.

Don't forget the coax cable(s) and connectors, one iffy connection or the barest hint of moisture ingres in a cable alone could be the source of your problems.
If practical check/eliminate by moving your box as close to the dish as possible and connecting it with a newly made lead as short as possible.
Bigger dishes can be exponentially more difficult to align than smaller ones which is why, despite having set up a number of 85cm to 1m dishes in France where used to live, when it came to the 1.9m one I have now once I'd got it securely bolted down I didn't even attempt the job but called in a professional who charged me what I considered a very reasonable €40.
