I already have most, if not all, of the fabric although none of the lining.   I just do not know where to go in my area to have any of these things made to measure so have been looking further afield.   Any help or suggestions you can provide would be most welcome.

Does anyone know if you have to pay non resident tax on a mortgaged property.

We've been told no because until the mortgage is paid off you dont officiallyown the propertyand its not considered an asset, but worried we will get fined. Want to get it all sorted.

Apologies if this question has been asked but can anyone please tell me whether the hotels follow through with their 'No Stag/Hen parties' T&C's - Every hotel i have looked into on booking.com states they don't allow stag parties but I find it hard to believe they actually don't let them stay... Is this just something to deter massive groups from booking or will they actually kick you back when you show up?
