Hello

We had a contract with Orange for internet & phone when we lived in Alicante. We suspended the contract when we moved as they did not work in the area we moved to for just one month. Orange were still taking money out of our bank account.  We called their customer service who told us they would give us a refund. That never happened. We got so mad with them that we told them we were cancelling our contract which we did. They sent us 2 emails to do this (both the same). We returned all the equipment. After that we kept getting calls saying we had to pay. 

We are still trying to deal with them and going to Consumer Complaints now with all the paperwork.

We asked Orange for their Head Office but they would not give us this information and said they don't have a HO. Very difficult to deal with them and we will never use Orange again.

Where we live now we have great internet for 25 Euros per month with no contract !

Hi

Can any one offer advice and a good and reasonably priced car hire company.   We will need to frequently hire a car from Alicante Airport to get to our Villa in Albatera.

We have only done it once so far and with the insurance the price was very high with the insurance.

Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated

I have just been charged 180 euro for damage I did not cause by Goldcar, after looking online they seem to target people who have their own car hire insurance, after numerous phonecalls & emails I still have had no reply from them. If you use this company make sure you take photos, however this may not even prevent these charges! My advice is to stay away!
