Yes, I'm bored!
When discussing the price of something with friends I always say I paid (eg) 35 EUROS thinking this was the correct plural of Euro....
But my British TV system defaulted to Republic of Ireland ads the other night and more than once I heard services being advertised to Irish buyers "all for 30 EURO a month" Hmm, it seems EURO is the plural as well.....or is that just an Oirish thing??
So what's the correct answer folks, are the Irish wrong and I'm right or are they right and I'm wrong? What would the Spanish say?
Or is there no correct answer?
As you can tell, this is keeping me up at night. I won't rest until I get the answer!
Regards to all, Steve

34 days ago Jet2 sent me an email saying they would refund my cancelled flight within 28 days. I haven't had the refund.
(The flight was due 9th June, cancelled by them)
The email options just send out generic messages and the phone lines don't seem to have an option to enquire about cancellations or refunds. (Surprise surprise)
Can anyone offer advice on the best way to go about this? Any help appreciated,
Steve

I have a RHD car which I imported to Spain. If I trade it in for another UK vehicle at a UK dealer is the process easy for them to replate my old vehicle back onto UK plates at DVLC? eg what paperwork would they ask me for and does anyone know what that would cost a UK dealer.
(Asking because I dont want to turn up at a dealer in the UK and be turned away or charged excessively for the reimportation)
Any help and advice appreciated

A neighbour of mine, new to Spain, has been offered IPTV via MAG box. Says the company charge 300 for set up (wifi only) and that includes first year rental, subsequent years at 175. Is that considered expensive?

The exchange rate is a fraction short of 1.19 as I type this. If the election result was no overall majority or a coalition that has more seats than the Conservatives (please note that is not political comment) it's likely the rate will drop back a bit, so if you're thinking of moving a sum, today might be a good day to do it before the election on Thursday.
For the gamblers out there, an outright Conservative majority will almost certainly see the pound strengthen further.

Hi everyone. Moving to Beniarbeig end of November. I understand that the village has fibre optic broadband. Would I need to speak with Movistar to find out details?

Looking to move to Beniarbeig next year. Is there a outdoor municipal pool in beniarbeig? If so. What is the address? If not where is the nearest out door pool?
Where is the nearest indoor pool?
Thanks in advance. Our 8year old daughter is a very keen swimmer

3 times in the last year I have placed orders with Amazon which were allocated to SEUR for delivery.
On each of the three occasions SEUR have not rung my doorbell (it's working) and I've had to trek the 8km to Denia, battle for a parking space and collect the parcels from their office. On each occasion the receptionist just shrugged.
I've raised a complaint with Amazon about it. If you've had a similar experience log into your account and click through the contact options until you get to customer services. Let them know how awful SEUR are, because any customer pressure we can put on Amazon to select a better delivery company surely has to have some effect!
Rant over! 😁
