Hi all

We have bought a property in the Gama development in El Pinet. This was purchased as an investment. We are also looking to buy a house we can call home . We will use our El Pinet place as a base while we look.

I was wondering if anyone uses or knows of a letting agent who would take care of everything at our El Pinet property?

Hiya, on the urb. later this month, not too much for teenagers to do , but want to go out for the evenings i.e medieval nights/ theme nights or something a bit entertaining.  

are there any coaches companies that put this sort of stuff on?

also looking for a good bodega to get some vino from ?

or is there anything happening on the urb in October

I am planning on bringing my sailing dingy across to La Marina to sail from Santa Pola and Guadamar. Does anyone know what official documents I need to bring across with me to meet the Spanish rules?

Also are there any clubs that I can join and do club racing or social sailing?
