My title of be aware of fat eastern looking woman appeared to read Flat eastern woman slight spelling on my behalf

But it appears that this woman is actually a gipsy Romanian who pray on unsuspecting public on quite areas of the towns

So please be very aware of such places when walking alone and never allow anyone to suddenly approach you 

Always walk without your wallet and keep your mobile phone in secure pocket 

I lost a chain and pendant which was given to mr by my passed away mother 20 years ago!!

This could happen to you so be aware

Please be aware of a fat eastern looking woman if she approaches you

Today I went for a walk along the oasis pasway towards the La Marina petrol station and whilst walking this woman approached me and all of a sudden she started to cuddle me and holding me tight

The whole thing took 30 seconds as I don’t speak Spanish and she kept talking fast in Spanish at first I thought she is after money

Then I told he I don’t speak Spanish and she asked if I was Turkish then I left her and crossed over to the other side of the road and continued walking towards the hill side pub

It was after 15 minutes I realized my gold chain and a very big pendant had gone 

This woman in less than 30 seconds had taken the chain and heavy pendant without me even feeling anything

So if anyone has had such experience and or happens to have seen this woman please let me know I have reported this to the local police 

And also be aware you may be the next victim

Any ideas on what bars, restaurants etc are hosting new years Eve events?

I have Mercedes Viano's which are comfortable 6 seat cars. I was wondering if anyone wanted to pay me to drive them from the UK to Spain for Christmas and back early in the new year. This could be a cheaper option than flying for 4 people.

Hi. I am an ex Black Watch Military bandsman an have just moved close to La Marina. I am looking for musicians who would like to form a wind ensemble. If you have not played for a long time (Like myself) and would like to have a blow to get rid of the cobwebs for fun please give me a call. I served for 15yrs in the band and was taught conducting and arranging. I can arrange and print music for any size of band and make it easy enough to play. I would prefer a reasonable standard of musicianship for this to work. Lucky for me the Army also taught me how to play big band music which is great fun. I will be in La Marina in January 

I have just purchased a hoover top loader washing machine. When the wash cycle has finished the drum always ends at the bottom of the machine, which means I have to turn it by hand to the top to get my washing out. My previous machine always ended with the drum opening at the top. It was purchased from El Corte Ingles who tell me this is normal. I would like to know if anyone has any opinions on this. Thanks
