I haven't read further than your post above, so forgive me if this has already been mentioned. I've read in at least one Spanish publication that in 2019 overall Spanish unemployment fell below 15%. If correct that leaves your claim looking a bit....incorrect?
Further, in 2018/2019 Spain had the highest level of GDP growth in the EU, outstripping the UK by some distance.
Maybe if you're going to trash the EU it might be better to try it with facts rather than ignorance?

here's some numbers on youth unemployment across the EU
In 2018 Spain was second only to Greece with 34.3% against 39.9%. Lowest was Czech republic on 6.7% versus 11.3% for the UK.
Overall unemployment Greece highest on 16.6% with Spain second on 13.7%, UK on 3.8% and the best, Czech republic on 2%, numbers are the latest from 2019.
