Hi everyone

just been looking at mobiles in albatera.What is this site like as to permanent living? Big move involved and we would like some feedback please.

Are you at present living in the UK? If so and you are wanting to move permanently to Spain you will need to apply initially to the Spanish embassy for residency while you are still living in the UK. 

For residency you will need to prove that you have an income and full healthcare. You will probably need to apply for a visa.

Seeing this topic set me thinking.  I can't imagine many people who meet the financial requirements of residency wanting to buy a mobile home. Brexit has really hurt some people hard.
