If you are coming to Benidorm there are lots of English speaking agencies who will help you.Pick a Gestor near to where you will be.I live a short bus ride away in Alfaz & have a Norwegian Gestor who for years has done everything needed in English.I know it feels like you are at a loss but it can be sorted for you.

Sadly this is true.
Kitchens were completely outlawed in Spain last year.
It's been done to encourage everyone to eat out more in the hope of boosting the economy in the wake of Covid.
There is talk of bathrooms going the same way soon. It will be done gradually with toilets being phased out initially, followed at some point in the Spring by sinks & eventually showers being banned by the late summer.
This is to supplement the kitchen thing in the hope that everyone will use their local municipal pool to keep clean & hopefully buy some food from the café while they're there.

There are now rules which are being implemented, the rules have always been there but not enforced, best bet would be to take a look at the latest rental contracts on Villamar for example to fully understand the up to date rules but yes there have been changes

Not for much longer there won't be, Steve.
The Policia Local have been granted emergency powers to begin searching properties (including caravans) for any signs of cooking-related activity & can now hand out on the spot fines & enforce immediate removal orders.
Barbecues are now also illegal & must by law either be converted into decorative bird baths or be destroyed.
Anyone found in possession of barbecue firelighters or a portable Camping Gaz stove faces up to 90 days in jail.
They're not messing about.

Living in Benidorm I know numerous people that live here on caravan sites....
Not one of those people have mentioned anything about that, So.....
