I think you are struggling to understand that the work 'I' provide and contribution 'I' make by employing these people would be gone.

I have no choice to pay someone to do it as a non-resident. It can't be done virtually!!

If I was resident I could do them myself.

So without you they would be completely unemployed?

They might still have a job without the work I provide but their earnings would be reduced. There are so many providing those services that they would not easily replace what they have lost which is what you seem to be suggesting. It is not easy to pick up work in these areas as there is so much competition and significant unemployment.

How many cleaners do you know personally? Because my wife and her family all do it for a living and 3 of my mates all own their cleaning businesses. I telling you without you their earnings wouldn't be reduced. They all have to turn work down becaause theres so much of it, infact very little of their income comes from cleaning houses for people like you. Someone on here said how British people over value themselves for the spanish, you've just proved them correct.

I can assure you that just in the small towns I follow on facebook there are always lots of adverts for people offering these services and if anyone requests them there is a feeding frenzy of responses asking for the work. This suggests to me many of these people are not in a position to turn work down and some are desperate for it.

Something you interpret on Facebook is your best answer, really? People atm are desperate for work if someone advertises for something there is always going to be alot of people asking for a chance. How many of those people will be working cash only and not contributing anything to the country in which case means your heroic employment for locals service has just been made far worse

"People atm are desperate for work if someone advertises for something there is always going to be alot of people asking for a chance."

I am afraid you just shot yourself in the foot.

Your final sentence is incomprehensible.

How have i shot myself in the foot? There is a worldwide pandemic going on. Millions are out of work around the world, mainly hospitality their mist likely the applicants because anyone can clean so obviously people are going to apply for it especially considering how good the money is,  i advertised for staff there would be a long list of applicant's. But other than hospitality, here everything is open and business as usual.

So what i said very true and alot more valid than you judging a whole trade by something you read on Facebook which i can 100 percent assure you atm cleaners are doing good without your self believed heroic employment.

I give in. It is obviously too difficult for you to grasp. I won't waste any more of my time or forum posts on trying to get you to understand.
