Just had to look in the face of our local national police's drone inspecting cameras. 2 drones, right in front of our apartments looking for long periods of time into people's private homes... Distance of approximately 80m..

Big brother is one thing, but to intrude in people's privacy, in this fashion....

Are you going to make a complaint to the town hall or other departments?

What makes you think they were watching your apartment? Probably watching the streets

I didn't mean watching just our apartment, sorry. It was right in front and also passing a number of apartment blocks... As our apartment block is right on the beach front, there are no streets, only the ocean. I saw them hanging in front of another apartment, direct in front for probably 3min or so. I did not see them patrolling streets..

Not an ideal solution, I know, but next time they decide to come for a Looksie, , how about closing your blinds until they drone back off again ?

Hopefully it will only be a temporary measure.

That's all good advice thanks, but it's actually more exciting watching them as oppose to them watching into our apartment as far as I'm concerned... Pretty sure they will agree!

Thanks,
