Th above link takes you to a translation of the official guide for Valencia Coomunity. Page 6, item 2.3 covers the size, colour and logo etc required on the official plague. Anyone who makes signs should be able to understand the description.

... BACS. If the property you are renting is a holiday let then it should be licensed so check out their license number before doing the transfer. However long-term lets (anything over 30 nights) are not licensed. Alternatively you can offer to post them a cheque and see how they respond.
