Disappointed train journey
We caught the train from Elche to San Isidro and was very disappointed to find the train had no wheelchair access. There was plenty of provision for disabled access from ticket purchase to platform but no facility to take a wheelchair on board without having to physically lift it. I have a mobility scooter which weighs around 60kg. This had to be lifted aboard by (thankfully) members of the public. This also had to happen at San Isidro when disembarking. An extendable ramp from the train onto the platform would have solved the problem similar to the many public buses. I would like to inform the train company but have no idea how to? Advice greatly appreciated.
