Going to Valencia for las Fallas ( 2 nights there) and we thought it would be sensible to take the train. But I can't find any useful information about parking at stations. The renfe website does not seem to cover it.

Is there parking at particular stations, is it secure, does it need to be booked, and what is the cost?

Elche would be ideal, but parking looks unlikely. I think Torrellano is the next stop and would be acceptable, but other suggestions are welcome.

Any advice please?

Some years ago I had to travel frequently to Valencia (from Murcia) and used the car, lodging near the Fair grounds where parking was no issue and buses and underground available at all times..

Thanks. Is that the exhibition centre?

Driving looks favourite unfortunately as the trains take 4 hours, and still have to park this end.

Hi

When we went to Valencia, we drove most of the way and parked at Xeraco station, which is on a commuter line into the city. It's in an industrial estate with plenty of free street parking. Trains are every 40 minutes or so and not expensive.

Cheers
