N26 and other online banks - cash withdrawals

Hi all,
I know there are a lot of non-resident members who have opened accounts with N26, Starling, Monzo, etc. to get rid of Spanish banks charging them high account fees. I'm resident in Spain and I've investigated the various options. I'd love to switch away from Sabadell, but hubby's concerned about the availability of ATMs and cost of cash withdrawals. I'd be grateful for advice about how holders of these online accounts draw cash when you're in Spain - or do you bring currency with you?
