We have a holidayhouse in the mountains, Ajuntament Villalonga. Sofar we paid yearly IBI to the Ajuntament. Apparently this is no longer possible. We understand this can be done at a SUMA office but we cannot find any except in Gandia and Pego but they are uncontactable.

Can anybody help / advice ?

Brgds

As far as I'm aware, Villalonga and Gandia are in the Valencia province and SUMA is the collection agency set up in the Alicante province. I would think they have a similar system so suggest you ask at the town hall.

This is a map of where the SUMA offices are and they are all in the Alicante province.

Thanks your input - townhall sends me to online-site Valencia where I should fill out a complete book in Spanish which not my strongest

disciplin. Was hoping for similar system to SUMA - also ustood some banks have such facilities ?

The search continues.

You can pay at a bank. The banks that take these tax payments will be listed on the bill but some banks only deal with tax payments on certain days so check first.

You can also pay online and just need the transaction number shown on your bill.

postal-deliveries. used to pay to townhall account from non-spanish banks.

Hi Jacob

If you log on to suma.es, it will show any outstanding bills. But you will ideally need digital ID to get access.

Cheers
