Bit of a long shot, but does anyone have any idea what the above is? My wife has got an email with a link to this, issued by the Servicio de Gestion Tributaria of Valencia. The email is genuine. We've translated it but still haven't a clue what it is about. Everyone we know who we could ask is on holiday......... Many thanks in advance

Could be a fake. Usually, such notifications must be made a. by regfistered mail or b. by a request to personally show up and receive whatever has to be notified.

It wasn't a fake! And turns out it was a bill

This could be a bill from Seguridad Social; did you ever have a company or employ someone? Or were you Autónomo at any point? If not, you should probably speak to your local Social Security office…
