Sabadell on line banking how to enter account after receiving code on mobile

Hi every one I need help in getting into my bank account without being blocked yet again. Sabadell send me a code number to my mobile this corresponds to a pop-up of number on the Sabadell site. I then find the 4 digit code number on the pop up spaces put them in.....and what do I do next. Nothing on the website tells me so is there anyone out there whom can help rather than a plane trip to Spain or another telephone call to Sabadell.   Covid 19 is driving me crazy & my computer!!!!

Normally when you put the code in you click on submit and that gives you access, if it fails you need to request a new code as they are time limited.

Hi John  does the submit appear on the pop up?

From what I remember it was a box below and to the right of where you put in the code with the word submit in it.

Thanks for your replies. I don't remember a box with submit as I would have used it. Never mind I will have to contact the bank again as I'm feeling like an idiot. Have a good evening John...Kris

Hi Kris

Are you trying to log into your account or complete an action once you’re in there?

I don’t normally do online transactions from my account, but logging in, I just need to put passport number and then my chosen code. This won’t help I don’t suppose, other than to demonstrate if you are just trying to log, it would appear to be a different process to mine 🤪🥂

Have you always had to us the code from your phone to access your account?

I’m asking as when I first opened my account, I’d got a bit muddled (so much to take in) and hadn’t realised that it was my passport number plus my own 4 digit number to access the account. I had to go into the branch when I got back to Spain for them to remind me 😱🤪🥂
