If it is just trying to log in it is probably your NIE number and the pin number you would use at a cash machine.

That was my assumption, as it does (or did) ask for NIE. However, when I went into the bank as I couldn’t access the account, it was my passport number that was required! I would have thought that whatever was required would be uniform across the Sabadell online site??🤪🥂

You would have thought so but it changed from my passport number to my NIE number when I switched to the Expansion Account for residents.

I’m asking as when I first opened my account, I’d got a bit muddled (so much to take in) and hadn’t realised that it was my passport number plus my own 4 digit number to access the account. I had to go into the branch when I got back to Spain for them to remind me 😱🤪🥂...

I use my NIE number & personal 4 digit code then they send me a 2 digit code to my mobile this number is used to connect to pop up box of more codes. I then select the 4 numbers and enter.....but that's my problem how to enter. There is no submit box or enter area and after 3 attempts I get locked out completely....good luck Ange if something goes wrong.

Hi,
I remember having this problem as I couldn't see the "submit" box. I then turned my tablet sideways as the keypad was blocking the submit box and hey presto I could see it!
Hope this is the simple fix you need. :)
Hi Krystal - I had exactly the same problem when I tried to log in from the UK. I emailed Sabadell and had a lengthy phone conversation with their customer services but still couldn’t access account! Grrr! I had to wait till I could get here and the Quesada branch sorted it out for me. Maybe you’ll have better luck with customer services - they did try to be helpful (I think) !!
