Painting the outside walls

Hello

We live on monte mar gran alicant and was wondering if you can paint the outside walls as they all seem to. Be the same pinky colour

Hi, we used to have a house on Monte Mar and we had to have the paint mixed at a paint shop in Santa Pola. You cant change the colour, thats the urbanisation colour, and either a long term neighbour or your community admin person can offer advice where to go. We took scrapings of the walls and got it mixed to that colour(to freshen up outside for selling).

Hiya

Yes, you can paint them yourselves but they need to be the same paint specification colour as others on the urbanisation. You can apply for the specific colour code from your local administration office. Don’t be led by being advised to paint them any other colour, you can be heavily fined and made to repaint them.
