Recommendations for physiotherapist

The nearest physiotherapists are apparently located in Santa Pola

Hello

 Can't your Salud or the hospital that treated your husband refer you for physiotherapy? My friend fell & broke her arm a few years ago  & Torrevieja Hospital arraged all her physio ( it was in Guardamar)

They have referred him to Santa Pola but u fortunately there are waiting lists now and the doctor suggested we get some private sessions before we get appointment as the earlier it starts means the best outcomes .

Hello, As you can see I live in Gran Alacant. I broke my wrist last summer. After 2 months the plaster was taken off and I was told that the physiotherapist dept. in Santa Pola would contact me. But that it would be a good idea to start physio asap and if necessary to go private.

There is an excellent physiotherapist practice on the Calle de Santa Pola, right next to the "farmacia".

I contacted them and before I went to my first appointment the Physio department in Santa Pola phoned me.

I did 15 sessions at Santa Pola and my wrist is almost like new.

I have used the physio next to the chemist for a problem with my knee, they are excellent and reasonable prices.

Gracias for your reply it's great to know first hand recommendations .and to know you have made a good recovery. My husband is a carpenter and an artist so it's really crucial he gets the best outcome his left fracture is much worse than right.  The Hospital thought he would have to wait for Santa Pola Service .but hopefully not too long .

Hi, I would still go ahead with a private physiotherapist. I used the one next to the chemist on Monte de Santa Pola street, up the top, for a knee problem.

There may be longer waiting lists in Santa Pola at the moment. It's your health!
