Andy R Garcia at Angar Taxation Service sorted my Non Resident Tax issue within a cpl of days of contacting him.
He charges €20 pp plus what ever tax you owe, hope this helps.

I was under impression you were looking for someone to help with a TAX matter, I mentioned he had done my Non Resident Tax and what the charge was to give you a guide line, he does all Tax matters for residents and non residents and lots more.

I can confirm Andy does not do "resident taxes" as I asked him when considering Residency. He gave me name of his Tax Accountant instead which I didn't go further as decided to stay non resident. He does do car transfer tax and other services but not income tax.
