Hi, we're visiting Guardamar del Segura in early October hoping to view some properties. Could someone please recommend a good reliable estate agent that can show us properties in Guardamar, Quesada and Rojales. Many thanks Paul

I think you need to keep a note on the weather, as theres just been flooding all over, from Valcencia to Costa Calida, now theres a large clean up in process, however the weather may change again, be careful and trust NO ONE

We cant recommend Flavio at Target estate agents highly enough.  We bought our property in Calle Belgrado through him last year and he arranged for all the extra extensions painting etc to be done with his Spanish building connections. The work was first class and there was certain things he advised they couldn't do because of their legality so we are confident everything is done properly and their wont be problems in the future.  He did all the interpreting for us. Also he handled all the conveyancing much cheaper than a solicitor. Cant recommend Target Spanish property agents enough. John

When we bought in El Raso, we used Property Shop (propshopspain on the web). They do a 3 night, 4day package where they pick you up at airport, put you up in a hotel at their cost and run you around looking at properties of your specification.  Ben took us to areas and properties we wished to view and was very helpful with no hard sell and showed properties with other Agents that we were interested in.  They are based in Quesada and El raso, I would recommend.
