Hi all good advise above I don't know the area but I think it would good to spend at least a couple of week renting a property close to where you are thinking of buying so you can answer all the questions yourself.

As for selling it dose feel like there a lot of properties on the market at the moment but it's anybody gess what happens years down the line.

We moved to El Raso 4 years ago, plenty to do there, exercise classes, bars, which have different activities,  restaurants, a small supermarket.

Many supermarkets are a short car ride away, Consum, Mercadina, Lidl, Aldi,  Mas y Mas.

The beach is 5 minutes in the car

It's a quiet place to live, as long as you are not close to the bars.

It's ideal as you are so close to so many things.

We love living here.

Hope your purchase goes well, and you enjoy your holiday home

Hi Karen,

Thank you. Best wishes to you too.
