Seen a small white terrier type dog running free in and out of road opposite Lidl near gravel pit entrance. No collar that I could see, to scared to come to me. Looked hungry tired and very frightened what do i do.

Phone SATS or a simliar shelter and tell them exactly where and when you spotted the dog.
