Hi Jedi, as far as I know a Tourist Licence is permanent and doesn't require a renewal. It does however beg the question about whether alterations to a property under a Works Order from the Town Hall might require a new submission.

But that may be muddying the waters unnecessarily. DaveBev is the forum expert on this and if he/she sees the thread will comment. I've checked the front and back of my licence and although I'm not fluent in Spanish I can't see anything in it that would suggest a renewal is required at any point.

As things stand at present the Tourist License has no expiry date. It is also transferable into the name of the new owner if the property is sold
