I have to renew my Spanish driving shortly but can anyone
advice where to go to do it

Hi John,
If you have a "psicotécnico" on La Marina urb, check whether they offer the end to end service, i.e. medical, application and issue you with a paper temporary licence until your new licence arrives.
If there's nowhere on the urb, there's Psicotécnico Guardamar in Rojales that offers this service - it's on Calle Valentin Fuster 15, Bajo 2, 03170 Rojales, tel: 696 66 14 70. From memory, they only take appointments two afternoons per week, so call ahead. You'll need your residencia/TIE, a special sized photo (we got ours at the Post Room in Benijofar), your current driving licence and your passport.
