I too have mobility issues and I’m 9 months into my application for a Spanish blue badge. In the meantime I have been using my UK badge and fortunately I have had no issues. I’m careful of where I park but have used it at the beach, in the town. I have printed off the below page that I always put out with my UK badge. Hope this might help you.

Hi I noticed this yesterday on Facebook N332 page as we also use our badge in Spain. I have also attached photos of Facebook posts from the other day.

I have noticed though that the link on the notice doesn’t work; I’ve tried to find the page it is trying to link to but can’t find the reference and not sure who’s issued it?
