We are resident in Spain for 20 years. My husband is an Italian passport holder but receives a British old age pension. Does he apply for TIE, how?

Hi,

We are Expat Services sponsors of this forum.

Your husband as a EUropean Citizen will not obtain a TIE, he need a Residency Certificate for EU Residents. The TIE is only for citizens from third countries like the UK. You are able to get your residency yourself, but if you need some help, this is one of the services we offer.

Hope we helped.
