If you are finding life a problem right now, please join us. We are an informal group of mixed ages, sharing and talking.
It might be Loneliness and Isolation, Grief through bereavement or divorce, Sorrow, Anxiety or Depression that are bothering you.
We meet every Tuesday at about 11 in the garden or terrace of Cooper's Bar, Quesada near Gamma. Ask for Les or Angie. Do come.
