I don't want to fly to family for Christmas or spend Christmas alone here on the urbanisation. I quite fancy taking a 4/5 day break over the Christmas period in a hotel in Benidorm and have tried the usual coach trips packages currently available. My problem is I need to take my small foldable electric wheelchair/scooter with me. This would not be a problem on the coach trip but I also need a hotel where I can securely store it in the hotel. Any suggestions for this problem would be most welcome. I have tried on the internet to get Benidorm hotel phone numbers but so far am not having any luck on the internet as they just want you to book and do not give a phone number for enquieries

Hi Davids Coaches do a trip to Altea from 24-27 December (check it out on their website) they maybe able to help as they have a place were cyclists store their equipment Gillian

Thanks for that but I really want Benidorm. I used to live in Altea and loved it but it is a bit too quiet at Christmas for me.

Thank you so very much. I know the Rio Park and couldn't get a more central hotel than that and will phone them this afternoon
Just got through to Rio Park and disappointingly they have no single or double rooms available the Christmas Period. Rio Park would have been perfect for me. I will keep phoning in case they have any cancelations for the Christmas Period and am thinking of booking a day trip using one of the coach tour companies and trolling through some hotels in person to ask about the mobility scooter and available dates. Thanks so much for trying to help me.

Yes but so far they haven*t offered any nights hotel accommodation that I know of but many thanks for your reply
