If an iPhone all your contacts are likely to be backed up in the cloud, so easily downloadable again. Presumably Android devices have similar?

I dont think elinspain or anyone else was making any deliberate implications. Good luck with contacting your friend, but without further information such as her naame, no one is likely to be able to help you.

It would help if you told us the name of your friend and when "The Bar" closed down. I've been in La Marina for years and don't remember this name.
