There was a article on BBC news this morning over airlines dragging their feet over refunds.

Goes back to a post I put on the forum when an ABTA representative explained that the airlines are trying to put off issuing refunds because they would go out of business.

What I gathered from the article this morning the regulator is getting involved, what the actually means to those waiting refunds is anyones guess likewise any timescales.
