COPD DISCUSSION
Looking locally (La Marina ) for a Copd group that meets occasionally to chat together and generally help with depression symptoms , it’s a terrible disease and a very lonely one.

Hello Shar, it is a pity that I live in Playa Flamenca, not in La Marina.
However, I am caring for my husband who has COPD, so I understand how lonely this condition can be. If you ever want to chat via Personal Message, please contact me. There is a lack of help available here and nobody to ask advice on how to manage life with this horrible condition. I hope that you are managing ok. Regards

Hi Sheila64 , Thank you for your reply , You are a distance away but absolutely contactable through PM. My husband can’t even walk to the bathroom without oxygen..it is in the late stages now , and the depression symptoms are rising too. A terrible disease hope your coping as it’s certainly a task for us the carers and not enough knowledge or assistance with this from the medical centres ....at the moment I’m in the process of hopefully obtaining a portable oxygen machine so we can venture out together and improve his quality of life.
Please feel free to message any time 😊
