Public swimming pool

Hi we are buying a house in La Marina urb and just wondered where the nearest swimming pool is.

You have 2 on the Urbanisation itself, one of which is open all year round and the other seasonal. The seasonal one is the Hillside at the top end of Calle Bilbao and the other is byt the Satellite Roundabout where the Pharmacy is. There is also a bowling green here too. Both are 5 euros per day including the use of a a sun bed as far as I know. The nearest Public Pool is the open air lido at San Fulgencio. For this one drive to San Fulgencio from the Urb, over the roundabout into the village, past the school on the right and take the first right turn. The pool is down there. For a larger pool, go to
Guardamar. If you want this one, go off at the first exit from the N332 drive along the High
Street to the Town Hall and church on the right. Here turn left and go down to the small Roundabout where you turn right. This pool is on the left of the road and is huge.

is the pool next to the hillside opening again, was shut last august with no news of opening again

Don´t know I am afraid. Closed last year due to the pandemic. Spain is gradually easing up so it might be open this year. The other by the satellite roundabout is open though, all year round but closed for cleaning at the moment. Tlf number is 96-679-7673 if you want to give them a quick call

thanks, got a place early last year very close to hillside aquapark and grand kids coming with us late next month and still not been able to use it
