Hi

I noticed that a random tipper truck appeared to drop a load of rubbish on some waste land opposite where I live. I obviously don't know if permission has been sought so I didn’t say anything but let him know I was taking pictures. On face value it appears to be fly tipping.

Once someone sees rubbish dumped they will all be there.

I’m not sure who owns this land so I’m asking if anybody knows so I could perhaps send them the details. It’s the land by the electrical sub-station by the island if you are going off the urb.

Or is this a matter for the police?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

In such cases make a picture and keep the license plate number. Hand in both to your council - they will do the rest.

I agree with previous posts, pass on any photos to the relevant departments, the last thing we need is for the Urb to become the local dumping site for all and sundry, and furthermore I would imagine you wouldn't want vermin attracted to the area invading your property.
