Manhole covers

Who do I get in touch with to renew a manhole cover which has broken in the middle of the road and there is now a large hole?

Police should be your first call, they will then sort out repairs /detour etc ..

This is Spain, your best bet would be to contact a medium to get in touch with any helpful authorities.

Has anyone successfully claimed for damage done to their car by a faulty manhole?

Can we stop this "sexist manhole thing" she.........or me.......or human caused a pothole cover. Yes. I claimed. They repaired it 17 years after. Still like Spain! Villas.

Shouldn't that be "huperson"?
Did you actually get paid out? I went over one the other day and the cover came off. The rear of the car jumped up a foot and it was a hell of a bang. Fortunately, I haven't found any other damage than a scratch on an already-scratched alloy and tracking out. Just had the tracking done for €42, so I don't think its worth the hassle of claiming, but wondering what would have happened had my car sustained more significant damage.
Incidentally, I saw today that a complete new frame and cover had been fitted, so I guess I was not the only victim.

So..... don´t buy a car until I´m 90 years old until car in the UK.
More pot-holes in Spain & less cars.
