I don’t know if you are aware that you must obtain a licence for any work that’s carried out on your property. Make sure that whoever does the work obtains the necessary licences. 

Lots of people are unaware it this. It’s taken us years to learn the Spanish system. Eg you may not wash your car on the road side. ( why?) somebody posted that you aren’t allowed to put washing out on a Sunday ( lots do). We cannot legally make any changes without permission from our urbanisation (if on one) which can be difficult as residents may object. It’s a mine field. I have often thought that our solicitors should provide us with a list of do’s and dont’s once we have bought a property but the certainly don’t seem to.

Whatever you do don’t use Ativar Siglo I have had a very bad experience from this company and would hate to see anyone else suffer the same fate.
