PCR test for arrival in Spain
Do we need a PCR test before leaving UK for entry into Spain or only the Health and Locator form

On Tuesday 1 June I flew from Leeds/Bradford to Alicante with Ryanair.
With my face mask on, I entered the Arrivals Hall, where I was asked to show my Passport and Boarding Pass. I only had a small bag with me So had nothing to Check in. I was then given a Security Ticket by a Ryanair Steward which I took to Airport Security. That was taken off me and I passed through Security into the Departure Lounge.
The flight was on time, Upon boarding the plane I was quite surprised to see it was almost full!
On arriving at Alicante on time it was well organised. Despite the large numbers on my flight the queues were minimal at Passport Control.
Once through the Electronic Passport Entrance we went to the Booth where the Police Stamped passports. (A long time since this has happened in Spain for me ) Again no question asked about my visit!
I walked towards the Baggage Claim where I was asked to show my Q Code Locator.. I had this on my Ryanair App. This was scanned and I walked straight out . No fuss, very well organised and very fast service!
I am here for two weeks, I know that going back will take much more planning and be more costly! However if it keeps Covid off our shores I really don’t care! Just glad to be back at our Villa after seven months!
Today I am cleaning the garden area which is overgrown with weeds and the tiles and concrete area is covered in red and brown dust from the rain which I’m told by my neighbours has been in abundance this last few months !
I hope this may help others who are considering coming over!

I can only inform you of the current requirements to enter England.
An antigen test in Spain and purchase a day 2 & 8 package for your return home, you will need the serial number of the package for your locator form.
It could be the same for Scotland but Sturgeon has done her level best to be Tommy opposite throughout the pandemic and therefore I would check this online.
