catastral value
I have my Property Register Reference number but where can I obtain my actual Catastral value from? I do not have any further paperwork now.
Thanks.

The catastral value will be on your council tax (IBI) bill issued by SUMA. You can also get it by going to your local town hall.
It may also be attached to your original deeds or deed of sale but would probably be out of date now.
This post that was quoted has been deleted.
I was assuming BFSM was a new owner and was awaiting the first bill.
But, yes, if you've paid before through your bank then it will be on the IBI payment receipt.
As an example, our property cost 190,000 back in 2018 and the catastral value now (which shows on the receipt as valorc) is 40,637.46.
Think perhaps you missed I do not have any further paperwork now.
Thanks

Very helpful member
Hi
If you can login to https://www.suma.es/ then you can see your bill for IBI in which it states the catastral value.
You will need an electronic certificate to login, since you have no paperwork. It's worth getting one, it can make life a lot easier!
Cheers
