Does a husband and wife, who own a holiday home in Spain, only complete one 210 form for property tax or do they both have to pay tax?

If the property is in the name of a number of people, each person must present his/her own form 210, according to the proportion they own. The following link will provide further information:

Hi as John123456 says each owner will need to submit their own 210.
