A venue for my art class in La Marina

I have been teaching art locally for 14 years, but am now looking for a larger venue for my Wednesday morning class. It needs to be capable of seating 10 or 12 people in a quiet room, maybe separate from a restaurant. I teach from beginners to more advanced classes in water colour, acrylic and oil - with reasonable parking as some of my students are disabled.
